Areas of interest

Research in our lab investigates the neurobiological and psychological processes of adaptive behaviour, including how they develop, and what role they play in psychopathology.

We use human imaging and psychophysiology, cross-species methods, behavioural analysis, and mathematical modelling.

With collaborators from multiple disciplines, we work at the interface of the following themes:

  • Adaptation, decision-making, and self-regulatory control
  • Adolescent neurocognitive development
  • Brain, endocrine, and cardiovascular interactions across the lifespan
  • Molecules-to-mind approaches in neuroscience
